By making a purchase, you are indicating your acceptance, comprehension, and agreement to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Kindly take note that any purchases made during a sale, with a discount, or using a coupon or gift voucher are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Once an order has been placed, the line items within it cannot be edited.
We are committed to ensuring that your experience of shopping for clothes is as convenient and pleasurable as possible! Kindly review the subsequent terms and conditions prior to finalising your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it to us along with your Order ID and the reason for return. We will reimburse the one-time shipping charges in one of three ways: ₹150 online store credit (valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other offers), ₹150 via bank transfer, or ₹150 via Paytm (payment will be made on the next Saturday). Once we receive the returned parcel, we will send you a new item. Rest assured, our products undergo three layers of quality checks before being shipped from our warehouse, and we have recorded the process for your reference. However, if there is still an issue with the product, we will resolve it for you.
Certain products that are personalised or made specifically to order cannot be returned. If you have any inquiries about this, please contact us at care@radheycollections.com. It is important to note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
