How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order on our website, our system initiates the processing of your order without delay.

  • If the order is prepared for shipment, we promptly send it out from our warehouse. It typically takes 4-5 days to deliver the custom-made dresses.
  • Before being handed over to the courier partner, we conduct a thorough quality check on all your products.
  • We will securely package and dispatch your merchandise to our reliable shipping associates.
  • The orders are delivered to you while strictly following safety and hygiene protocols to ensure utmost protection.
  • If your location is not covered by our shipping partners, our RC team will reach out to you and explore alternative options for delivering your order.

What is the approximate duration for the delivery?

We strive diligently to ensure that our products are shipped within a timeframe of 7 to 10 business days. However, it is important to note that certain products are made to order, which may result in occasional delays due to operational challenges. Additionally, we take great care in processing and shipping orders throughout the week, for a total of 6 days.

Please be aware that in the event of festivals, unfavorable weather conditions, or political crises, there is a possibility of delays in your delivery due to our reliance on courier services. We make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your products. Any unintended delays are sincerely regretted, and we appreciate your patience.

How can I monitor the progress of my package?

Once your order is shipped, RC will send you an email containing the name of the tracking partner and the tracking number. To track the progress of your order or find out how long your shipment will take, simply click on "Track your Shipment" and enter the AWB number.

Furthermore, you have the option to verify this information within the order details section of your registered account with RC.

What is the packaging process for orders?

Our utmost priority is to guarantee that your order arrives in impeccable condition. To achieve this, we take great care in packaging each item with durable materials, ensuring that it remains free from any physical harm. As a result of our diligent efforts, the number of complaints regarding goods damaged during transit has been extremely minimal for RC.

What payment options are currently offered?

We accept both prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. While there are no additional fees, prepaid orders are given priority during the processing phase.

Is it possible for me to modify the delivery location for my order once it has been placed?

Certainly! It is possible to modify the delivery address prior to the processing (shipment) of your order. To do so, please get in touch with our customer support team at care@radheycollections.com.

If you require a modification to the shipping address after your order has already been shipped, we will need to resend your order to a new address. This service will incur a charge of INR 150.
