RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy of Radhey Collection?

According to our company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns for any purchased products. However, if you have bought an RC piece, it can be exchanged for a different size, either bigger or smaller, as long as you meet the terms and conditions mentioned below. If the product is currently out of stock or unavailable, we have the option of providing a credit note for the same amount. The value of the store credit will be equal to the price of the exchanged product minus any shipping costs or COD/payment gateway commissions. This store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

If you wish to exchange the product due to size, you can contact us at care@radheycollections.com within 48 hours of receiving the package to make a request for the exchange.

After receiving confirmation from our team, kindly return the product to us directly as we do not offer a reverse pick-up service. We will reimburse customers for the cost of return shipping. It is important to obtain a receipt from the courier, including the number of products being dispatched, along with their signature and contact details. Please note that RADHEY COLLECTIONS will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

In addition, we will only accommodate one request for a size exchange. Therefore, please make your decisions accordingly.

For the purpose of ensuring that your returned items are properly accounted for, we strongly advise using trackable mail. Any items that are not received at RC's warehouse will be considered as non-returned. It is important to remember that you are responsible for the parcels until they are successfully returned to us at the provided address.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Things to Consider Before Submitting an Exchange Request (to Avoid Any Hassle)

  • Fixing the tassel that has been pulled is a simple task.
  • You have the ability to repair a zipper or button on your own.
  • Exchange the item for a larger size. Simply have it adjusted since there is ample room inside.

Location for the Exchange:

Any items purchased during the SALE period cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • You have the option to exchange your purchase within seven days from the date of delivery, as long as you submit your exchange request to us within 48 hours of initiating the exchange process.
  • Only items that have not been used, are unworn, have not been washed, are undamaged, and have all tags and labels completely intact, in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
  • Kindly ensure that you include your name, address, contact information, and order ID on the package, along with the required size.

You have the option to exchange sizes, wherein the Customer can receive a larger or smaller size. The value of the Store Credit is equivalent to the exchanged product's amount minus the shipping/COD cost, and it remains valid for 30 days starting from the date of receiving the store credit.

Is cancellation available?

If you have placed a Cash on Delivery order, you have the option to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. To request the cancellation, please contact us at care@radheycollections.com. Please note that cancelling the order directly through the website is not possible. Please be aware that any prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

The Customer agrees to abide by the policies set forth by Radhey Collections and acknowledges that Radhey Collections has the final say in matters of cancellation.

What happens if the product size I want is not available? How will I receive credit for my order in that case?

The credit note or coupon code will be delivered to your registered email address. You will be able to utilise it within the next 30 days exclusively on the RC website. However, please note that it can only be used in a single transaction.

Is it possible for me to swap out one item from the set?

The exchange policy only applies to the complete collection.

Is it possible for me to exchange a portion of my entire order?

Indeed, it is possible to initiate an exchange for any product that satisfies the criteria for exchange by submitting a request within 48 hours of receiving the item. However, it is important to be aware that certain items do not qualify for either return or exchange.

I am experiencing difficulty with the fit of my clothing. What steps can I take to address this issue?

If the product you received does not fit properly and you would like a different size, please contact our customer service team to request a size exchange. You can reach us at care@radheycollections.com and submit your query within 48 hours of receiving the product. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and our support team will make every effort within our company policies to assist you. We will gladly help with any size exchanges or alterations, depending on availability. If the requested size is not available, we will provide you with the option to receive a credit note for future purchases.

At what point does the exchange request become void?

Our team is dedicated to providing a smooth and hassle-free experience on our website for every transaction. We prioritise the safety and security of our customers by implementing rigorous measures and following strict protocols to maintain the highest quality standards. Here are a few instances where exchanges are not permitted:

    • If the Customer is dissatisfied with the fabric or colour of the dress, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. We recommend reading the product description and carefully reviewing all the photos before placing an order. If needed, feel free to reach out to us for additional information regarding the product.
    • There may be a variation in colour by approximately 10-12% due to the difference in screen resolution and camera lighting on the device you are using. Please understand that we cannot offer a replacement or refund for this.
    • If the product has been washed and worn, we will not accept any exchanges or returns.
    • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for items in the SALE/MADE TO ORDER category.
    • All purchases made during a sale, at a discounted price, or using a coupon/gift voucher cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
